The Reimagine Ranch is a unique vacation rental destination that features some of the most spectacular mountain and lake views you will find anywhere, along with more amenities than you and your family will be able to enjoy in a single stay. The property is 10 acres, with 4700sf of finished interior space, located just minutes outside of Invermere off the road to Panorama and is suitable for up to 16 guests. BEDROOMS - Main House: Master - King Br 2 - Queen Br 3 - Queen Br 4 - Queen Br 5- 2 X singles Basement (No windows) - 2 X pullout doubles Pool House - Large open room with 3 X queen beds approximately 15 ft from the living room in the main house. HOW IT CAME TO BE We purchased the property after staying there on vacation two consecutive summers with our extended family of 14. We loved staying there but couldn’t stop thinking about the ways the property could be improved….. So when the chance came up to buy it, we jumped at the opportunity, and have been working hard to make our vision for the property a reality ever since. LOCATION The property is just under 10 acres overlooking Lake Windermere, the town of Invermere, and the Columbia Basin Wetlands. It is surrounded by both the Rocky and Purcell mountain ranges. Directly across the street you will find many hundreds more acres of Crown Land that is virtually private and features walking paths, off-road/ biking trails, hiking paths and more adventures. It is located 7 minutes from downtown Invermere and is 15 minutes from Panorama Mountain Resort. The less-known, but beautiful and tranquil Lake Lillian is only 3.3km away. World-class golf courses such as Eagle Ranch, Copperpoint, and Greywolf are all within a short drive. Just down the 93 you will find the hot springs of Radium (13KM) and Fairmont (25Km). The Klooisfer Trail network of mountain bike and off-road trails can be entered directly across the street from the entrance to the property. AMENITIES The amenities on the Reimagine Ranch really separate it from any other vacation rental that you have stayed at. There is probably more than you can get to in a single stay, and even too many to list. The dining room table fits 10 and there are 5 additional stools at a sit-up peninsula between the kitchen and the dining table, and another 4 seats at the massive kitchen island. 15’ of south facing windows provide tons of natural light and dramatic views of the Purcell mountains. The living room also features a huge u-shaped couch, plus another sofa and several comfy chairs so your entire group can spread out in one room. There is an 85” tv with cable for your viewing pleasure, the cabinets are stocked with board games and there is even a coffee table with LCD top where you can play yet more games. During the day you get sweeping views of the mountains and lake, and at night you can see all the lights of the town out over the pool. The main house also offers four bedrooms and four newly renovated bathrooms. The upper master has the best view on the property and features a king-size bed and a 4-piece ensuite. The main-floor features another bedroom with ensuite, second bedroom, and finally the back bedroom is perfect for a full family with a queen, then two singles for the kids as well as a large ensuite with tub and shower. PROPERTY - Pool House The pool house is only steps away from the main house and is a large open space with two queen beds and a charming loft bed that your kids will love. It also features a 3 piece bathroom and a 6-person wet-sauna that is a must-try during your stay. PROPERTY - Pool, Patio & Land The real magic of this property comes with the vast land and outdoor space for you to enjoy. The home features multiple outdoor patios including the main pool deck which includes a 40’ pool, 8-person hot-tub, day-bed and sun-chairs. There’s even a 20’ outdoor home theater screen that can be set up for you to enjoy an outdoor movie or the big game once the sun goes down. Moving out from there, you will find 10 acres of our private land to explore. From our 9-hole mini-golf, to the bocce/horseshoe pits, to the trampoline and playground, to the par-3 golf hole/putting green and abundant walking paths, there is just so much to see and enjoy. And if you want to go further, there are another 30 acres of crown land right out the front door that is virtually private and then hundreds of acres more across the street at the entrance to the property that include some of the area’s best hiking, mountain-biking and off-roading trails. ARCADE - The arcade is located in the heated garage approximately 60ft from the front door. It’s a truly unique space that provides fun for the whole family. The highlight is a full golf-simulator where you can play your favorite courses such as Banff Springs, Greywolf, and Pebble Beach. The projector can also be used as a home theater and is connected to an Amazon Firestick so you can watch all your favorite streaming systems on a 170” screen. There is also a 2021 Golden Tee on a 55” screen with a cable box so you can watch live sports or anything else you want. LED lights galore support the fun atmosphere. There are 5 more arcade cabinets including one MAME Retro arcade machine that has over 5000 classic games. You will also find a ping-pong table, shuffleboard, air-hockey table, karaoke machine and more. It’s truly an unforgettable space. GYM - The 250sf garage gym is well-appointed and offers everything you need to get your fitness in. It has a treadmill, elliptical, bench, and free weights all in a comfortable, heated space. BLAKE - THE WORLD’S GREATEST ON-SITE CARETAKER - We are very lucky to have our on-site caretaker Blake Andersen. Blake has lived on the property since 2015. He has his own private quarters in the basement with a separate entrance so you will hardly notice him. He is available with a little lead-time to help with many of the amenities and general questions about the property. Blake is an avid snowboarder, hiker and mountain-biker and has a tremendous amount of knowledge about the area. He is a great resource if you are looking for trails or cool places to visit during your stay. He is essential to the on-going maintenance at the ranch as it requires a great deal more upkeep than a standard residential property would.

August 2026 5.00We had a wonderful time. There was so much to do, but the pool was the biggest hit. Was also nice having Blake on site to answer any questions we had.

August 2026 5.00The property was as advertised although the pictures did not show the wear and tear of the furniture. The outside patio furniture had many burn holes, seat cushions were very worn and uncomfortable to sit on. The grounds were not well kept, they needed many repairs.(mini golf was in terrible disarray) The pool house had an air conditioner that was leaking and when we advised the caretaker of the property he was not concerned. It took him two days to finally look at it and he said he would have someone come and fix it. (We left before it was done) We also found many ants on the kitchen counters. There were so many wasps everywhere, which is beyond anyone’s control but there was nothing being done to help the problem. We found two brand new wasp traps and placed them around the property which helped a bit. We were told to place our garbage in a bin , which we did, but it was not taken away by the caretaker so one night a raccoon or bear got into it and we had garbage everywhere. We cleaned it up! The pool was not cleaned while we were there! We were expected to put an old torn pool liner over the pool which did nothing! This vacation was a once in a lifetime with our adult children and grandchildren and we searched for a long time to find something that would accommodate 15 of us. Overall we are grateful for the time we got to spend together and make memories! While the smokey skies prevailed we made the most of it! We found the property very overpriced for what we paid.

May 2026 5.00Wow! The best word to describe what this property has to offer. 360 views and oh they are so impressive. So many games, puzzles, activities, and sport options too! Kitchen is well stocked for foodies of all levels! Sitting on the deck by the fire table whilst enjoying the sunsets and all of the property lights provided our favorite memories made on the family weekend celebration. Our kids hired a local photographer to take pictures of our group and we are so excited to see how they turn out! The backdrop alone would make stunning photos, so having pictures of our growing family with the mountain backrop is so priceless! Thanks to Blake for being responsive to the needs of the group! 5 stars is not enough!

March 2026 3.00Jenny was great to deal with, very flexible with our check in time. We had a group of 8 head there for a weekend get away. Looking at all the property had to offer, we couldn’t wait. Everything seemed good, settled in and decided to play some cards at the kitchen table. We were unaware that that anyone else was staying in the property as it’s not mentioned in the listing. At about 9:45 we were being told that the music (on its lowest setting) needs to be turned off and the group needs to go to the arcade building. After spending what I thought was a decent amount of money, being told there’s no music allowed at 10:00pm on a Friday night was very frustrating, as it was very quiet and we were trying to be respectful. This carried on every night. A beautiful property with lots of potential, just not advertised correctly.
